Litigation, Consulting and Legal Collection Department

It is the legal department concerned with litigation. The department consists of specialized lawyers with extensive experience in the field of litigation, and is managed by: Attorney Salam Salim, Director of the Department. The Litigation Department represents companies and their rights and/or employees as plaintiffs or defendants before all administrative and judicial authorities with jurisdiction, in addition to the competent security and ministerial centers, in addition to any other related parties. This includes civil representation in all stages of litigation: Magistrates' Courts, Courts of First Instance, Courts of Appeal, and Court of Cassation. The litigation department staff is also able to master all the fine details related to cases, as the litigation department provides many services in many areas of civil and commercial litigation, tax and customs, and extensive experience in financial claims, banks, insurance, universities, drug warehouses, and others. The litigation department also provides all legal consultations in all areas or in any area imposed by work challenges and/or required by planning legal work, directing legal notifications, representing companies in all courts within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, proposing appropriate solutions, studying all legal facts, and submitting legal reports.
