Arbitration and Corporate Governance Department

The department consists of a team of professionals including legal and administrative experts. The team follows up on all arbitration procedures from the onset of the dispute by initially studying the dispute leading to arbitration and then preparing all requests, memoranda and regulations related to the arbitration case until the issuance of the arbitration award ending the dispute. The team also follows up on all procedures related to the arbitration process in the courts competent to consider arbitration cases. The department specializes in financial claims arising from construction disputes related to the implementation of the unified contracting contract for construction contracts, in addition to being represented in many arbitration cases arising from non-construction contract disputes of various types. The arbitration department has been managed by lawyer Mr. Mohammad Samour Al-Afishat since the establishment of the department. The Al-Afishat department includes a number of practicing lawyers, some of whom received training from our company and completed all the necessary requirements to be professorial lawyers and part of the arbitration department team. Lawyer Mr. Mohammad Samour Al-Afishat holds a master's degree in international commercial arbitration law, in addition to being an arbitrator in many arbitration cases of various types in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
