Corporate Department

The Corporate Department staff, headed by Attorney Qais Al-Zoubi, provides legal consultations in the field of commercial law and corporate law by providing legal support to Jordanian and foreign companies, bodies and institutions that practice their various economic activities, whether commercial or industrial, and following up on the companies' files at the Department of the General Controller of Companies at the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply, including but not limited to:-

- Preparing for regular and extraordinary general assembly meetings and proposing the appropriate legal structure for any corporate activity, and representing companies at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

- Ensuring / and taking the necessary measures to ensure the integrity of the legal status of companies and their records.

- Preparing internal regulations in line with the company's requirements and in accordance with Jordanian laws.

- Submitting the declarations of the real beneficiary of companies to the Department of Corporate Control annually.

- Preparing all minutes of extraordinary general assembly meetings, including but not limited to amending the authorized signatory and/or renewing the company's management and/or depositing annual budgets and/or paying and amending the capital and/or adding partners and/or withdrawing partners and/or any other legal procedure.

- Providing consultations and proposing ideal solutions for legal protection in the field of intellectual and commercial property and related rights within the system of laws specific to this field, such as the Trademark Law, the Unfair Competition Law, the Electronic Transactions Law, the Copyright Protection Law, the Competition Law, the Patent Law, the Trade Names Law, etc.
